Poath Road was founded on a simple idea: as market access grows and more capital flows into index funds, the value of genuine price discovery increases. We aim to capture that with a proprietary investment and research process, disciplined execution, and a total-return objective.

We focus on a small number of opportunities we understand. We prefer durable businesses with structural tailwinds and aligned owners. The portfolio is concentrated and positions are typically held for years. We avoid leverage and unnecessary complexity. We size positions for liquidity and downside, act when the odds are in our favour, and wait when they are not.
